At the 5 Seconds of Summer Official Store, we want you to love your tour merch and apparel. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Ensure your fashion items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached to qualify for a refund or exchange.

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items and use the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
